Description
On October 1, 2022, the ground forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched rocket attacks on the central building of the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (KDPI) in Iraqi Kurdistan. According to reports, these attacks resulted in the killing of approximately 20 people, injuring 70 others.
These attacks targeted a political group outside of Iran's borders and raised concerns about the legality of this action based on numerous international laws.
