Description:
Dear Jafari, after being appointed as the commander-in-chief of the Sepah, he made structural changes in the administrative and military organization of this institution. Perhaps the formation of provincial Sepahs and the implementation of the mosaic defense plan should be considered as the outputs of Jafari's presence at the head of the Strategic Center of the Sepah Pasdaran. In this plan, Sepah approved the creation of a provincial Sepah with a structure and organization similar to the structure of the Sepah's commander-in-chief in each province. In other words, each province's Sepah has a commander at the top, and the deputy positions were also formed similar to the structure of the commander-in-chief's headquarters in Tehran.
